Individuals in this role are expected to sell a variety of beverage products to retail chains and individual retailers. Those hired into this role will receive comprehensive training. There are always opportunities to open new accounts while properly servicing existing accounts and growing their business. Job Responsibilities:
Influence account decision makers in order to achieve sales volume and margin targets within assigned territories.
Execute all marketing and sales programs to drive incremental volume
Develop and manage productive business partnerships with customer teams and retail customers.
Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services we offer.
Consult with customers on changing trends, roadblocks, and opportunities to core business areas and potential barriers to entry into new business areas.
Fully utilize all technology available to them to maximize time and drive sales opportunities
Conduct weekly audits for the assigned account base and monitor the quality of overall services provided by merchandisers to existing accounts.
Maintain a professional, responsive attitude when handling customer complaints.
Ensure that all assigned stores are properly merchandised to agreed upon standards.
Ensure that all account related paperwork is properly recorded and maintained.What is Small Format? Small Format is a channel in which we go to business. This channel consists of convenience stores, dollar stores and gas stations, which are lower sales volume but higher margin accounts. On average, you will visit approximately 20-25+ accounts per day. Account Sales Managers in this channel receive a base salary plus bonus however; the overall compensation is largely commission.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelors degree a plus.
1yr of direct selling goods or services to customers.
Must be 18 years of age with a valid drivers license.
No serious motor violations within the last 12 months and no more than three moving violations within the last two years.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree
Business to business sales experience a plus.
Prior experience in merchandising, customer service or direct store delivery preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid background developing and maintaining relationships with both internal team and external customers.
Flexible team member who can prioritize and react to demands and priorities.
Ability to bounce back from challenges and try again to reach successes.
Beverage industry experience is a plus.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who will perform repairs while complying with PAS productivity and safety standards. Duties include:
Maintain and repair all production facility equipment in a manner that minimizes downtime
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform upgrades with new equipment/technology
Oversee special projects and outside contractors
Perform changeovers
Complete associated paperwork
Report to work in a clean and neat uniform at scheduled starting time
Follow all company rules and regulations
Follow direction of Supervisors

Advanced understanding of hand and power tools

6 months or more experience as maintenance mechanic
6 months or more experience as a machine operator
